The ANC Badge Office is located at the north end of the North Terminal lobby on the first floor, Room NA 165.
In response to the global coronavirus pandemic, most services are by appointment only.
Hours:
Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Closed State and most Federal Holidays)
After hours, report all lost or stolen badges, and termination of employment to the Airport Communications Center, 907.266.2415.
A drop box is available outside the office for badge return.
